The Butterfly Foundation
The Butterfly Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was established in Spartanburg SC in 2007. Our mission is to empower, transform and transition economically challenged individuals and families into self-sufficient and self- confident citizens. Our overarching strategy is to “meet individuals where they are and provide the essential resource they need to reach the next step toward self-sufficiency”.

Cafe & Fresh Food Store
The Monarch Cafe & Fresh Food Store provides community members with moderately priced lunch and "lite-bites" throughout the week. Cooking classes and demonstrations highlighting fresh produce from the Hub City Farmers' Market and Urban Garden will be offered. The Fresh Food store will sell fresh produce from local and regional farmers, dairy and meats among other things.
